Hurricane Harvey: How Can We Help?

Our hearts break for our the people of Southeast Texas. We continue to be in earnest prayer for everyone there. Right now it is difficult, and in some areas not even possible, to physically be on the ground in the Houston area to assist those in need. The best way we can help is to send funds to those who are on the front line in the midst of the devastation. We wanted to let you know of two options you can use to give to the relief effort, both with personal ties to Redemption.

Helping His Hands Disaster Response

Redemption is a mission supporter of Helping His Hands and director Scott Shipman. Scott has a team heading to Houston next week. You can donate to Helping His Hands HERE.

New Hope Church

New Hope Church has four campuses in the Houston area. Senior Pastor, Tim Liston, is a personal friend to our staff at Redemption. Tim and his church will be helping to lead relief efforts in the Houston area.

Drew, along with his wife, Bre, his daughter Annie, and Redemption partners Jace and Catie Rasche, are being sent from Redemption as a part of the church plant in 2018.

In the above video, hear Drew’s thoughts about the plant and his hopes for God’s Kingdom to expand in Boston and the New England region.

Redemption will be financially supporting Renaissance via the upcoming “Uncharted” initiative (find out more about Uncharted during the series from Sept. 17 to Oct. 15).
